Ways to Win: Players with the verified top three scores each week are eligible to win weekly prizes. Players with the cumulative top five scores across the full contest period are eligible to win overall prizes.

Limitations: Limit one (1) Jägermeister Ice Cold Justice game account per person. Winners may win up to two (2) weekly prizes and one overall prize.

Providing an invalid email address, incorrect information, submitting multiple entries, or failing to follow these Official Rules will result in disqualification. If there is a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be considered to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address used during registration. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address by the domain’s email provider.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and all decisions made by the Sponsor or Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Notifications

The top three scorers from each week and the top five overall scorers will be notified via email.

Notifications will be sent approximately three days after the end of each entry period by Promosis, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final.

Potential winners must complete and submit an online Winner Eligibility Form within three days of being notified.

Failure to respond, submit required information, or prove eligibility will result in disqualification. The next highest scorer will then be notified as a potential winner.

Total ARV=$19,829. Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the value of the prize.  No substitution for prizes, except by Sponsor as may be necessary due to unavailability. If originally offered prize is unavailable at the time of the award, Sponsor may substitute an item of comparable or additional value. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to grant to the Sponsor and its promotion partners the right without limitation to use the winner’s name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material connected with this Contest in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, where permitted, and that such use can be made without prior inspection or approval of the use of any copy used in connection with it. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between any messaging or communication regarding the Contest and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail. Prizes do not include any alcoholic beverages. Prizes are ‘as is’ and do not include a warranty. Please allow up to 12 weeks for prize delivery. The sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery. In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, Sponsor does not have a responsibility to replace the prize.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (PlayStation®), Microsoft Corporation (Xbox®), Crocs, Inc. (CROCS™), Meta Platforms, Inc. or Luxottica Group S.p.A. (Meta Ray-Ban VR Glasses), Spotify AB (Spotify®), Google LLC (YouTube®), StubHub Inc. (StubHub™), or Netflix, Inc. (Netflix®). 4. Eligibility:

The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Not open to employees, officers, and directors of Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc., Mast-Jägermeister SE, Mast-Jägermeister US Holding, Inc., Tap Machine Inc., Promosis, each of the foregoing’s respective franchisees, owners, contractors, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, printers, advertising and promotion agencies; any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Contest; any employee, officer, director, member, shareholder, or agent of any licensed alcohol wholesaler, manufacturer, distributor or retailer of alcohol-beverage products; and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Contest, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. By submitting an entry, participant consents to the use of his/her registration information in accordance with the Jägermeister's privacy policy (https://us.jagermeister.com/legal/privacy-policy). Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to Promosis for winner notification purposes and for public winner disclosure as required by law. Contest is void where prohibited by law or regulation, and is subject to all applicable US federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability:

Sponsor, Administrator, and their promotion partners and affiliates are not responsible for typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete registrations/entries or email; for technical, hardware, software, Internet, or telephone failures of any kind; for lost or unavailable network connections; for viruses; for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in the Contest; or for non-delivery of any prize due to factors beyond Sponsor’s control, including lost, late, or misdirected deliveries or any delay or suspension of service that may affect prize delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek prosecution of any entrant who disrupts or interferes with the proper play of the Contest, or acts in violation these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Contest if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Contest, or corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Contest is canceled for any reason, including but not limited to those stated above, winners will be determined via random drawings from among all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor and its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest, or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 

By participating in the Contest, each entrant releases and holds harmless and agrees to indemnify Jägermeister and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion partners, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates shareholders, officer, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “Released Entities”) in connection with this Contest and hold them harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitation, any special, incidental or consequential damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Contest, or arising out of participation in any Contest related or prize related activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or misuse, of any Contest or prize related activity, whether hosted by Jägermeister or a third party. 

6. Dispute Resolution:

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
